An interesting palm tree for a cool conservatory/glasshouse or outdoors in favoured sunny, sheltered locations. From the stout trunk the pale blue-green arching, feathery, leaflets emerge. If you are lucky, small yellow to red flowers are followed by edible pineapple-flavoured fruits.
