C.laevis [484] Develops a graceful open habit with mid-green linear leaves which are reddish bronze on emerging. Works well as an informal shrub or as a standard. The crimson flower spikes can appear spring to early summer and occasionally at other times!
C.lanceolatus [483] Forms a dense mass of dark green very narrow leaves which can give off a lemon scent when crushed. The crimson flower spikes can appear throughout the summer.
